Monica Feltz
Kundalini
Monica recently moved to the Hi-Dez with a call to plant roots and connect more deeply with her soul's purpose. Brock Tuller
Trauma informed Licensed therapist
Braock has been teaching people how to practice meditation for over 10 years. He has taught meditation in various therapeutic, corporate, and educational settings, teaching mindfulness practices to individuals, groups, therapist trainees, and spiritual seekers alike. His open goal is to provide traditionally sound meditation instruction that is approachable and digestible by the Western mind and heart. As a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Brock currently serves his community in private practice, specializing in EMDR therapy, somatic parts work, and mindfulness-based therapies. He carries a master’s degree in Multicultural Counseling Psychology, with Emphasis in Buddhist Psychology. Brock has been deepening his level of intimacy with God and the human experience through the practices of Bhakti and Karma Yoga for over 20 years. By naturally infusing these traditions with the practical wisdom teachings of the Early Buddhist system, he has clarified the essential role of mindfulness and meditation in the living practice of Yoga. He helps his students and clients dissolve the arbitrary boundaries between one’s life and one’s practice through present moment awareness. “We cannot apply the insights we cultivate in our yoga practice to our lives and relationships unless we remember to do so in the intimate moments of our daily life, especially those that are colored by our most difficult and sticky energies, our suffering. We cannot infuse our actions with devotion, or remember the Divine Self unless we experience the arising of the miracle of wakefulness. This wakefulness is Mindfulness. It’s the key.”
