  • Brock Tuller

    Meditation

Brock has been teaching people how to meditate for over 10 years. As a child, he was naturally inclined toward contemplative states, and drawn toward the mystic traditions of many cultures. This natural draw led him to a deep opening of his heart through the devotional practices of Bhakti yoga, contemplative prayer, and traditional Buddhist meditation.

Between 2012-2015, Brock received his formal training in graduate school at University of the West in Rosemead, CA. There, he earned a master’s degree in Multicultural Counseling Psychology, with Emphasis in Buddhist Psychology. “During my formal meditation training, I was blessed to come into direct contact with the heart of Buddhist teachings. It's all about deep tenderness and freedom through letting go.” After completion of his coursework in Western psychotherapy, meditation theories, philosophy, and practice, Brock’s meditation teacher instructed him to become a teacher himself.

As a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Brock currently serves his community in private practice, specializing in EMDR therapy, and mindfulness-based therapeutic modalities. He has taught meditation in various therapeutic, corporate, and educational settings, teaching mindfulness practices to individuals, groups, and MFT trainees. His open goal is to provide traditionally sound meditation instruction that is approachable and digestible by the Western mind and heart.
